1. What does the app do?

Smart Safe&Sound is an innovative safety tool developed with your safety and your protection from any potential danger in your daily lives into mind. The application and its rich features have been designed in order to make you always feel safer, by letting your beloved ones know that you need help in cases of emergency.

By downloading Smart Safe&Sound you gain access to a danger detection system which lets you automatically send emergency messages to selected contacts, in the form of text messages (SMS) and email messages, as well as by emergency phone calls. Emergency messages contain critical information, such as your location and supplementary audio/video files which can assist the notified contacts locate and help you as soon as possible.

Having detected an emergency situation, the app sends immediately a quick emergency message to the defined contacts letting them know that you are in danger. As per your preferences, the quick emergency message may entail your current location. Consequently, and for 2 minutes, the application records your route along with audio/video data, utilizing your device’s microphone and camera(s). After this period, a final emergency message is sent containing your route on a map and the recorded audio/video files.

In case you need to reassure your contacts that you are fine and not in danger (or to deactivate an active emergency situation) you have the capability to instantly send a reassurance message.

Taking into consideration that it is possible during emergency situations for you not to be able to utilize straightforwardly the app to notify your beloved ones, Smart Safe&Sound provides alternative ways to activate an emergency situation, such as voice commands or an intense shake of your device.

2. Quick Start

The first step before taking advantage of the app and its rich features, refers to the definition of the desired emergency contacts. These contacts represent the people that will be notified by the app in cases of emergency.

In order to define your emergency contacts, press the contacts button in the app’s main page. At this point, you can view or edit your selected contacts. By pressing the “+” symbol, you can add a new contact. Consequently, you are required to fill in the needed contact information in the appropriate fields of the data form. To simplify this data entry process you can always refer to your device’s contact list and select an already saved contact. In this case the app retrieves the available contact information and fills in the form automatically.

Below the data form, you are required to set the desired emergency/reassurance message channels. When selecting an email message, a valid email address must be inserted in the respective field of the data form. Accordingly, a phone call or an SMS message required a valid phone number to be inserted in the respective field of the data form.

Due to the nature of emergency phone calls, only one of the defined contacts can receive an emergency call in cases of emergency. On the contrary, email and SMS messages can be sent in parallel to multiple contacts. To conclude the new contact insertion process, press the “Save” button. In order to edit a contact, just press the respective cell in the contact list.

Having returned to the main page of the app you can press the settings button to move to the app configuration side panel. The “General Settings” option lets you define:

    • Whether the app will send email and SMS messages and the content of these messages.
    • If emergency messages will contain location information and audio/video files.
    • Whether the app will track your location during an emergency situation.
    • Whether an active emergency situation will trigger a loud alarm sound.
    • Whether an emergency situation can be identified by an intense shake of your device. This feature, as well as voice commands, has been designed for use cases where the user is not in position to activate an emergency situation by pressing the “Alert” button.

Back to the app configuration side panel the “Voice commands” button lets you define:

    • Whether an emergency situation can be identified through a voice command.
    • Particular emergency situation activation/deactivation voice commands.

You are now ready to start!

Back to the main page, you can put the application in standby mode by pressing “Standby”. This will allow you to continue using your device with other apps. Smart Safe&Sound works in the background and will still be in position to detect an activation/deactivation voice command or a shake of the device to activate/deactivate an emergency situation.

Alternatively, just press the “Alert” button in the app’s main page to activate immediately an emergency situation.

3. What are Settings?

You can press the settings button to move to the app configuration side panel. The “General Settings” option lets you define:

    • Whether the app will send email and SMS messages and the content of these messages.
    • If emergency messages will contain location information and audio/video files.
    • Whether the app will track your location during an emergency situation.
    • Whether an active emergency situation will trigger a loud alarm sound.
    • Whether an emergency situation can be identified by an intense shake of your device. This feature, as well as voice commands, has been designed for use cases where the user is not in position to activate an emergency situation by pressing the “Alert” button.

The “Voice Commands” button lets you define:

    • Whether an emergency situation can be identified through a voice command.
    • Particular emergency situation activation/deactivation voice commands.

The “Buy Premium Features” button allows you to purchase all locked features of the app and in more detail the voice commands and the audio/video recording features as well as the disablement of advertisements.

The “How It Works” button provides you with a detailed guide (text and video) on how the application works.

The “About Safe&Sound” option describes further information regarding the application, such as the app’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Lastly, the “Review” button moves you to a detailed overview of the last recorder emergency situation, which contains you route sketched on a map along with a distinctive indication of the place where the emergency situation had been activated, recorded audio/video files, as well as a detailed app activity list describing exactly how the app acted during the last emergency situation.

4. What are Contacts?

5. What is Alert?

The “Alert” button allows you to instantly activate an emergency situation. An active emergency situation results in the sending of two emergency messages to the contacts you have selected, in the form and with the content you have defined (email/SMS/Phone call).

After the activation of an emergency situation, the app sends immediately a quick message to the selected contacts, letting them know that you are in danger. If you have opted in for the feature, the quick message contains your current location. Consequently, and for 2 minutes, the application records your route along with audio/video data, utilizing your device’s microphone and camera(s). After this period, a final emergency message is sent containing your route on a map and the recorded audio/video files.

To be able to fully exploit the emergency situation workflow, as described above, the user must have explicitly defined certain emergency contacts (see “What are Contacts”).

6. What is a Reassurance Message?

In case you need to reassure your contacts that you are fine and not in danger (or to deactivate an active emergency situation) you have the capability to instantly send a reassurance message. By pressing the respective button, you let the app send a message to the desired contacts, letting them know that you are not in danger and that there is nothing to worry about concerning your safety. In case the button is pressed during an active emergency situation, the latter is deactivated and any possible location, audio or video recording is being stopped instantly. After, a reassurance message is sent, the app is no longer in an active emergency situation mode.

To be able to fully exploit the reassurance message workflow, as described above, the user must have explicitly defined certain emergency contacts (see “What are Contacts”).

7. What is Standby?

The “Standby” button lets you turn the app into a danger detection tool, which waits for a valid voice command or an intense device shake (silent activation) to activate an emergency situation. By pressing the “Standby” button, you will be in position to continue using your device with other apps. Smart Safe&Sound works in the background and will still be on guard to detect an activation/deactivation voice command or a shake of the device to activate/deactivate an emergency situation.

After the detection of an emergency situation activation voice command or an intense shake of the device, the application will automatically trigger an emergency situation (see “What is Alert”). Additionally, while in standby mode, the app will be in position to detect an emergency situation deactivation voice command, in order to deactivate the emergency situation and send a reassurance message (see “What is a Reassurance Message”).

To be able to fully exploit the standby workflow, as described above, the user must have explicitly defined certain emergency contacts (see “What are Contacts”). Additionally, you must have opted in at least for one of “Activate with voice commands” or “Activate with shake” (see “What are Settings”).

To disable the standby mode, just press the “Standby” button a second time.

8. What is Timer?

The Timer feature refers to an alternative innovative feature of the app to detect an emergency situation by a time countdown and a question-answer session. With the timer enabled, after the set time period the application will play the sound message “Are you OK?”. The user is then required to instantly phonetically answer positively or negatively, by a “YES” or “NO” respectively. A positive “YES” answer will not trigger any further action on behalf of the app. On the contrary a negative “NO” answer will automatically trigger an emergency situation, by sending a quick and a final emergency message (see “What is Alert”). When no valid answer is detected, the question will be repeated two more times, until a positive or a negative answer is given. If once again no valid answer is given, the app will automatically trigger an emergency situation, by sending a quick and a final emergency message.

The “Timer” button moves you to the configuration page of this innovative feature. There you are requested to set the time period after which the Timer will play the question sound message “Are you OK?”. Moreover, you can select a repeat mode for the Timer, where a positive “YES” answer on your behalf will not have any impact on the app, other than starting the countdown from the start in order to play the “Are you OK?” message when the countdown is over. In order to disable the Timer mode, you can at any time press the “Timer” button.

To be able to fully exploit the timer workflow, as described above, the user must have explicitly defined certain emergency contacts (see “What are Contacts”).

9. What is Siren?

The “Siren” button instantaneously activates a loud alarm sound, which is played continuously until you press the button again to deactivate it.

10. What is Fake Call?

The “Fake Call” feature allows you to simulate an incoming call to your device. To activate it, you are requested to fill in a phone number and a display name for the “caller” as well as the time you need the fake call to take place. The given caller information are not exploited by the app at any point, besides during the fake call and only for the purpose of enhancing the visual accuracy of the simulated call. In order to disable a set fake call, you can simply press the “Fake Call” button again.

11. Difference between premium/freemium

After download, you will be presented with the freemium version of the Smart Safe&Sound app, thus you will have to buy the premium features of the app in order to utilize all provided services. While freemium characteristics allow the user to use the app as a complete safety tool, certain features are only available after this particular in-app purchase. In more detail, the “Buy Premium Features” button allows you to purchase all locked features of the app and in more detail the voice commands and the audio/video recording features as well as the disablement of advertisements.

12. Working in the background

Smart Safe&Sound allows you to continue using your device with other apps. The app is designed to work in the background and to still be on guard to detect an activation/deactivation voice command or a shake of the device to activate/deactivate an emergency situation. In order to set the app ready for background operation, you need to activate the “Standby” mode by pressing the “Standby” button. Consequently, you can minimize the app (but not exiting from it) without losing the ability of emergency situations detection.

The Android version of Smart Safe&Sound provides the user with an informative “widget” presenting the current status of the app (active/inactive emergency situation, active/inactive standby mode, active/inactive timer, active/inactive fake call) as well as the current activities of the app (email sending, utilization of current location, ending a fake call etc.).

To be able to fully exploit the standby workflow, as described above, the user must have explicitly defined certain emergency contacts (see “What are Contacts”). Additionally, you must have opted in at least for one of “Activate with voice commands” or “Activate with shake” (see “What are Settings”).

Furthermore, both the “Timer” and the “Fake Call” functionalities can be active while the app is in the background.

13. Use case scenarios

Do you need to immediately notify your contacts that you are in danger and you need their help? Press the “Alert” button and Smart Safe&Sound will instantly activate an emergency situation, sending emergency messages to selected contacts, containing your current location along with audio/video files recording the emergency situation.

Do you need to have Smart Safe&Sound on guard to detect a possible dangerous situation? The “Standby” button lets you turn the app into a danger detection tool, which waits for a valid voice command or an intense device shake (silent activation) to activate an emergency situation. Smart Safe&Sound works in the background and will still be on guard to detect an activation/deactivation voice command or a shake of the device to activate/deactivate an emergency situation. After the detection of an emergency situation activation voice command or an intense shake of the device, the application will automatically trigger an emergency situation.

Do you need the app to check on your condition periodically? The “Timer” functionality allows the app to automatically trigger an emergency situation, when for instance you are on an meeting with someone you don’t trust and you would like the app to activate an emergency situation in case the meeting takes an unexpected twist. The “Timer” button moves you to the configuration page of this innovative feature. There you are requested to set the time period after which the Timer will play the question sound message “Are you OK?”. Moreover, you can select a repeat mode for the Timer, where a positive “YES” answer on your behalf will not have any impact on the app, other than starting the countdown from the start in order to play the “Are you OK?” message when the countdown is over.

Do you need to reassure your beloved ones that there is no need to worry about your safety? Press the “Reassurance Message” button and Smart Safe&Sound will instantly send reassurance messages to all selected contacts.

Do you need to impress your friends or end a bad date with the excuse of an important incoming phone call? Take advantage of the “Fake Call” feature. Define a display name and a phone number for the caller and press “Now” to receive instantly a fake incoming call. Alternatively, set a particular time after which you will receive the simulated call.

Do you need to intimidate an attacker or indirectly call for help? Press the “Siren” button and a loud alarm sound will be played by Smart Safe&Sound, alerting all nearby people that you are in danger.

14. Messages and activities tracking

After the activation of an emergency situation, the app sends immediately a quick message to the selected contacts, letting them know that you are in danger. If you have opted in for the feature, the quick message contains your current location. Consequently, and for 2 minutes, the application records your route along with audio/video data, utilizing your device’s microphone and camera(s). After this period, a final emergency message is sent containing your route on a map and the recorded audio/video files.

Location tracking and audio/video recording takes place only during an active emergency situation. After the end of an emergency situation any tracking or recording is ended. To review the last documented emergency situation as well the app’s activities during that period, you can navigate to the “Review” page of the app, through the app configuration side panel.

15. Voice commands

The “Voice Commands” button lets you define:

    • Whether an emergency situation can be identified through a voice command.
    • Particular emergency situation activation/deactivation voice commands.

In more detail you have the capability to select a predefined activation/deactivation voice command from the app’s menu or record your own voice commands. With the app into the “Standby” mode, you can give the selected activation/deactivation voice command and Smart Safe&Sound will proceed to activate/deactivate an emergency situation.

16. Battery consumption

In order to support a background operation (see “Working in the background”) the app may present increased battery usage while background operation is active.

17. Usage requirements

Indicatively, Smart Safe&Sound has the following usage requirements:

18. User tracking and personal data

Location tracking and audio/video recording takes place only during an active emergency situation. After the end of an emergency situation any tracking or recording is ended.

To review the last documented emergency situation as well the app’s activities during that period, you can navigate to the “Review” page of the app, through the app configuration side panel. The “Review” page information are stored only locally on your device and are not shared with any third party, besides your selected emergency contacts. In the same fashion, all emergency contacts information are not being processed or shared by the app and are utilized only locally during the transmission of emergency/reassurance messages.

19. Wearables

Smart Safe&Sound has been designed to support the usage of Android Wear smartwatches. In more detail, the Android Wear version of the app supports the following features:

    • Emergency situation activation (by button or device shake)
    • Reassurance messages
    • Siren activation/deactivation
    • Fake Call
    • Voice commands (as a Premium feature)
    • App initiation through voice command («Start Safe&Sound» or «Set an alarm»)
    • Constant user notification regarding the app’s status through push notifications, specifically designed for smartwatches.
    • Constant user notification regarding app’s activities through vibrations.
20. Off-line operation

When your device lacks an active internet connection, the Android version of the app is still in position to operate by sending SMS emergency/reassurance messages. Moreover, voice commands identification features are also still available. Lastly, when an emergency situation is identified and no internet connection is found, Smart Safe&Sound will attempt to send the proper emergency messages by email when internet connection is restored.

21. Smart Home Safety (Android Premium Version)

A. Features

    • A Works With Nest application. Nest Devices management (Nest Protect Smoke-CO Alarms and Nest Camera).
    • Devices management/Devices’ state visualization (support for many devices)-Visualization/management dashboard.
    • Automatic detection of dangers in the context of a house and alert notifications submission (smart home safety robots), depending on the user’s preferences.
    • Compatible with smartwatches (voice commands, push notifications, a simple button or voice command to activate/deactivate Smart Home Safety).
    • Logging of all activities (e.g. camera motion/smoke detection, push notification submission).
    • A rich notification platform for informing the user for all detected events/dangers.
    • Background operation of the application even when it is closed.

B. HOW TO

    • Smart Home Safety is available only in the Premium version of the application. You can purchase the premium version within the app’s basic menu or settings.
    • Subsequently, you can choose whether you would like to activate the “Smart Home Safety” functionality through the app’s Settings page. Once you activated the “Smart Home Safety” feature, you will be transferred to the Nest login web page in order to connect with your account and provide access for the application to your smart devices. This procedure will be executed only once. Instantly, you will notice the change of the “Home” button’s background color from grey (indicating an inactive state) to blue. In case you don’t activate the “Smart Home Safety” feature, Safe&Sound retains its default behavior and features.
    • Once you activated the “Smart Home Safety” feature, the application initiates its background operation, in order to be able to continue its operation even when Safe&Sound is closed.
    • Through the app’s settings, you can also disconnect from your Nest account.
    • A change in the state of any Nest device, and depending on your preferences, will trigger the execution of a proper app reaction (see “What are Robots”). The background service of Safe&Sound is responsible for the execution of the proper task.
    • Robots are executed automatically when certain conditions are met and in some cases after a final user approval.
    • By tapping on the “Home” button, you are transferred to the “Dashboard” page of the app, where you have the ability to manage your devices and have an overview of their current state.
    • The top right “Logging” button provides you with a detailed list of all important activities executed/detected by Safe&Sound.
    • By holding each icon of the “Dashboard” you will be provided with a short help text and video clarifying each operation/indication.

C. SMART WATCH operation (ANDROID)

    • Activation/Deactivation of “Smart Home Safety” features through a simple button or thought the voice command “Smart Home”.
    • Continuous alerting of the user through push notifications for all detected events.

D. Smart Home Safety Robots –scenes-recipes (any number of devices per building and up to two buildings)

    • All robots are executed by the app’s background service regardless of the app being open or closed.
    • By clicking on a push notification, you are transferred on the Safe&Sound dashboard to be properly informed about an event.
    • Different sounds are assigned to push notifications, depending on the type of the event detected.
    • All functionalities take into account the Nest API time zone and include the required timing adjustments.
    • All notifications refer to real time events and include indications for the device and building where the event has been detected.
    • Throughout the app’s work cycle, a motion/sound event is detected, when motion/sound is captured by a device within the time frame starting from the initial setting of motion/sound detection until 4 hours later.
    • When a smoke/CO detector detects low or high levels of smoke, Safe&Sound instantly activates an emergency situation. If you choose, through the app’s Settings, not to activate an emergency situation, you will be only informed by a push notification. Text-To-Speech alerts will be sent in both cases.
    • When a smoke/CO detector detects low or high levels of carbon monoxide, Safe&Sound instantly activates an emergency situation. If you choose, through the app’s Settings, not to activate an emergency situation, you will be only informed by a push notification. Text-To-Speech alerts will be sent in both cases.
    • You are always informed regarding the battery status of your Nest Protect devices through push notifications (status OK or replacement required).
    • When a camera detects motion or sound in the last 4 hours, Safe&Sound instantly activates an emergency situation. Additionally, Text-To-Speech alerts will be sent. If you have chosen to not activate an emergency situation in case a particular camera detects motion or sound, then Safe&Sound ignores the event and continues its operation.
    • Text-To-Speech and push notification messages will notify you that everything is ok in the building or not, before you enter when you return home. An OK status in this case refers to an ok status for your Nest Protect devices (i.e. they are online, their battery is ok and there is no smoke/CO detected) and to an ok status for your cameras (i.e. they are online, their battery is ok and there is no motion/sound detected). This report covers the entirety of your devices.
    • You can also set the application to detect the absence of any motion inside a building for a selected time period. Through the app’s dashboard you can select a camera and initiate a respective timer. If no motion is detected until the timer finishes, Safe&Sound instantly activates an emergency situation alerting your emergency contacts or simply informing you via a push notification. Text-To-Speech alerts will be sent in both cases.

E. Smart Home Safety Dashboard

    • This particular page provides a full overview of your Nest devices status and settings. The The top left “Logging” button provides you with a detailed list of all important activities of Safe&Sound and changes to the status of your devices during the last week, followed by their date and time. The rest of the page provides detailed information regarding different structures and devices independently.

22. Car Crash Alert

1. Features

    • Automatic car crash detection which triggers an emergency situation, sending two emergency messages to the contacts you have selected, in the form and with the content you have defined (email/SMS/Phone call).
    • Avoidance of false alarms by enforcing an optimized filtering algorithm, successfully detecting non-crash situations such as, car braking or device falling.
    • Continuous car route, speed and acceleration monitoring.
    • Recording of car crash information such as, location, time speed and deceleration.
    • Video/audio/route recording for 2 minutes after a crash is identified.
    • Full car incident overview (video/audio files, car route, speed and deceleration, accident location and time, alerting events etc.).
    • Flexible method to check the car crash detection feature.
    • Automatic and constant background operation even when the app is closed, according to the user’s preferences.
    • Offline operation capability. Only alerting via email will be unavailable in case of connectivity issues.
    • Supported operational systems: Android > 4.0
    • ATTENTION: Constant GPS and accelerometer exploitation may drain the device battery quicker than with normal device usage. Hence, it is suggested that you plug your device into a recharger during Safe&Sound car crash feature operation.
    • ATTENTION: Despite of our team rigorously working on further optimizing the automatic car crash detection feature, please bear in mind that due to device sensors’ limitations it is possible that the app may not detect certain car accidents. Nonetheless, we still believe that Safe&Sound constitutes a highly useful tool in cases of car accidents.

2. How It Works

    • Car Crash Alert is available only in the Premium version of the application. You can purchase the premium version within the app’s basic menu or settings.
    • After the premium version is acquired, a distinctive car icon will be available in the app’s main screen. Pressing this icon will move you to the respective car crash feature control page, where you can configure the app regarding car crashes detection, to enable/disable the feature, to check the validity of the feature and finally to get an insight into the details of last recorded car incident (video/audio files, car route, speed and deceleration, accident location and time, alerting events etc.). Having enabled the car crash detection feature, the respective icon in the app’s main page will be replace by a blinking animation, indicating that the feature is enabled.
    • Once you activated the “Car Crash Alert” feature, the application initiates its background operation, in order to be able to continue its operation even when Safe&Sound is closed.
    • To check the validity of the feature yourselves please see “Car Crash Alert Feature Validity Check”.
    • To further avoid false alarms, in cases of accidents detected and before an emergency situation is triggered a confirmation dialog box will pop-up, providing you a short time to cancel the emergency activation.
    • After a car crash, you can get an insight into the details of last recorded car incident, which among others (video/audio files, speed and deceleration, accident location and time, alerting events etc.) contains two distinct car routes (before and after the incident). Additionally, you can be navigated to the car crash location.
    • By holding the “Car Crash Alert” icon in the main page and on each icon of the car crash feature control page you will be provided with a short help text and video clarifying each operation/indication.

3. WIDGET-SERVICE ON/FF ICON

    • The app widget includes an icon that informs the user if the Car Crash Alert feature is active or not.

4. Car Crash Alert Feature Validity Check

Through the car crash feature control page, you can configure the app regarding car crashes detection, enable/disable the feature, check the validity of the feature and finally get an insight into the details of last recorded car incident. By moving the switch to the ON position you enable the “Car Crash Alert” feature. Its operation can be checked through the following ways:

    • By providing values greater than 1 in the respective fields and pressing “Update Multipliers”, which is equal to increasing/multiplying the actual speed and acceleration/deceleration. The app is multiplying the actual values with the multiplier provided and if certain limits are reached will fire an emergency situation.
    • By pressing the “Dialog check” button, you manually fire an emergency situation.

In both cases, a confirmation dialog will emerge giving you a short time (depending on your preferences as declared in the Settings page) to cancel the imminent triggering of an emergency situation, by pressing the “No” button. Pressing the “Yes” button, pressing the device’s back button or not interacting with the dialog box for the time period declared, will automatically lead to the activation of an emergency situation.

Additionally, the green circle contains the last recorded speed of your vehicle as measured in the measurement unit of your choice (through the Settings page).

Finally, the gray frame contains:

    • On the left, the last actual speed of the vehicle measured in m/s, the last virtual speed of the vehicle depending on the respective multiplier you have provided, the last geolocation recorder and the total number of recorded geolocations.
    • On the right, the last actual acceleration/deceleration in m/s¬2 and the respective virtual value depending on the multiplier you have provided.
23. Fall Detection

1. Features

    • Automatic fall detection which triggers an emergency situation, sending two emergency messages to the contacts you have selected, in the form and with the content you have defined (email/SMS/Phone call).
    • Avoidance of false alarms by enforcing an optimized filtering algorithm, successfully detecting situations such as device falling and detecting after-fall body postures.
    • Audio/video recording and location tracking for 2 minutes after a fall is detected.
    • Overview of incident details such as audio/video, fall location, alerting events etc.
    • Flexible method to check the fall detection feature.
    • Automatic and constant background operation even when the app is closed, according to the user’s preferences.
    • Offline operation capability. Only alerting via email will be unavailable in case of connectivity issues.
    • Supported operational systems: Android > 4.0
    • ATTENTION: Constant GPS and accelerometer exploitation may drain the device battery quicker than with normal device usage.
    • ATTENTION: Despite of our team rigorously working on further optimizing the fall detection feature, please bear in mind that due to device sensors’ limitations it is possible that the app may not detect certain falls. Nonetheless, we still believe that Safe&Sound constitutes a highly useful tool in cases of falls.

2. How It Works

    • Fall Detection is available only in the Premium version of the application. You can purchase the premium version within the app’s basic menu or settings.
    • After the premium version is acquired, a distinctive “falling man” icon will be available in the app’s main screen. Pressing this icon will move you to the respective fall detection feature control page, where you enable/disable the feature and check the validity of the feature. Having enabled the fall detection feature, the respective icon in the app’s main page will be replace by a blinking animation, indicating that the feature is enabled.
    • Once you activated the “Fall Detection” feature, the application initiates its background operation, in order to be able to continue its operation even when Safe&Sound is closed.
    • To further avoid false alarms, in cases of falls detected and before an emergency situation is triggered a confirmation dialog box will pop-up, providing you a short time to cancel the emergency activation.
    • After a fall is detected, you can get an insight into the details of the last recorded incident. Additionally, you can be navigated to the fall location.
    • By holding the “Fall Detection” icon in the main page you will be provided with a short help text and video clarifying each operation/indication.

    • Audio/video recording and location tracking for 2 minutes after a limits violation is detected.
    • Overview of violation details such as audio/video, violation location, alerting events etc.
    • Automatic and constant background operation even when the app is closed, according to the user’s preferences.
