RestaCoVe aims to strengthen vocational education and training (VET) in the canteen and collective catering sector by addressing critical gaps in sustainability, food safety, hygiene, and labour skills. The project develops innovative and flexible learning pathways to equip current and future catering professionals with competencies in sustainable food systems, environmental responsibility, behavioural science, and safe working practices. By aligning training with labour market needs and EU environmental and public health goals, RestaCoVe seeks to improve workforce skills, reduce food waste, enhance sustainable catering practices, and increase the attractiveness and resilience of the collective catering sector across Europe.

RestaCoVe targets vocational education and training (VET) institutions, enterprises, research actors, policy stakeholders, and organisations operating in the sustainable collective catering and restaurant sector.
